My friend ordered a set of sofa and dinning table set at August 2023. They just delivered the sofa on Dec 2023. However, they have not received the dinning table set. He contacted to the shop and the shop is still cannot give the delivery date for the dinning table set. My friend asked for the refund of the dinning table set. The Furniture Village is only refund 75% of the amount. What the furniture shop is this? Not recommend to this furniture shop. Not professional‼️

Great selection of furniture with good prices on offer. The staff are great, they don't hassle you and when asked, give great advice. They also make you a coffee if you want one!!

Don’t ever buy a sofa from this company. You will regret it! Do a search on FB for angry customers and you will see why. They don’t tell you the full story and then hide behind their T&C’s. Sold me a sofa that needs 20 mins per day of maintenance to help keep its shape! Would anyone buy a sofa knowing this? No! That’s why they don’t tell you in the shop. Then it’s too late 🤬🤬🤬 don’t waste your time Kiran with offers to investigate! Just look for another job as they will go bust soon

Bought our 2 & 3 seater 9 months ago Stitching came undone in the summer a special company had to come out to get it repaired, and on the 28-12-23 our 2 seater left front leg snapped off both couches cost us a total of £2.400, this is not on and am getting the feeling we have been stitched up with cheap materials for extortionate prices, my advice is to not purchase from the store as it's a just not good enough as we haven't even had it for a year
